PLAIN ENGLISH INSURANCE CONDITIONS

ROOF DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE.

An incident liability (excess) is payable on each incident of damage. 

This liability may be reduced, but not waived completely.  

No under 21 year old drivers.

Option 1

This is included in the price of your rental.  The incident Liability is $7,000.00  

This option is available to all ages.

 

Option 2

Pay an additional $20.00 per day to reduce the incident liability to $2,000.00.

This option is available to all ages.

 

Option 3

Pay an additional $30.00 per day to reduce the incident liability to $500.00.

This option is only available to drivers over 25 years of age.

PLEASE NOTE....

Even though you have paid insurance, the vehicle is not insured in the following situations:-

If it is used on dirt roads.

If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If the driver's name is not on the contract.

If the driver does not have a valid licence or is under 21 years old.

If the damage caused is over the drivers head or underneath the vehicle.
